I called Thermal in the morning and they came out that same afternoon. On time too. Cheyenne was professional and very respectful. Both of us are hard of hearing and she spoke up, addressing us directly with precise information. She didn't try to sell us anything, but gave us options. I will definitely call Thermal again and highly recommend them. Great job, Cheyenne and Thermal.

The people are polite, helpfull, very detailed orientated. The work they did was complete and they showed up when said they would. It was like talking and dealing with trusted friends. I highly recommend them and if I have further problems with my home, I will call them. I chose them because they also did work for my son and he recommended them.

Amazing service! I like how they call 20 minutes before they arrive so you can be ready. Thoroughly went through all of our units and explained in clear terms how to keep them up to date. Very professional and didn't get flustered with the golden retriever kept trying to steal his gloves.
