We really enjoyed the technicians James and Lennie they were professional, courteous, knowledgble, they came did their job and cleaned up the mess took the old stuff out and at the end they asked us questions and showed us how to use the thermostate and they were very nice. I would defintley recommend this company 100 percent.

Ramon was on time. He answered my questions patiently and professionally. He payed great attention to detail, checking electrical and mechanical connections,
clearing dust and cobwebs. His communication was top notch. Ramon gave us a thorough inspection and represented Thermal exceptionally well!
