3/19/2025:Review Update: Wouldn't you know it was that time again? The time you have your HVAC system checked every year to ensure it is operation in at top efficiency, which is why you bought you bought the system to begin with. What was even better it was my HVAC that told me it was time for a check up! I called Thermal let them know I was due for a check up on Monday and they came on Wednesday! Overall the review took an hour and I felt the technician did a thorough job of checking the heat pump and furnace and even changed my cold air return inside the house which was such a big help as I am very short and even standing on the top step of my 3 tier step stool I struggle to fasten the trap door that holds all in place. I highly recommend ThermAll for all your HVAC needs, they are professional, courteous and very methodical in performing their work. Give them a try they will exceed your expectations.

Wonderful company to work with for all your HVAC and duct work needs. Thermal installed a new furnace and heat pump initially and then I had them come back for a whole house duct cleaning. Each time I have had Thermall engaged in a project the team members were so professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Tasks were assigned to each team member and everything was done in precise order. The staff members genuinely love their work and it shows in the care they demonstrate whether it's was with my belongings that needed moving to do the services or their equipment, and they cleaned up after their work was completed! I trust Thermall as a company and each staff member. I know they will give me an honest bid, perform the work quickly and should anything not be quite right they will make it right. As a single older person it's so important to find a company that stands behind their products, workmanship and its people, that is the difference with Thermall. I have and will continue to highly recommend Thermall for all your HVAC needs.

Amazingly quick and professional! I was honestly surprised at how quickly they came in and got the work done. They were courteous and mindful of our house and belongings. It's only been a few days since the install, but so far no issues at all.
