The wind knocked a tree on to my car and power line on a Saturday afternoon. Power was shut off and Thermall LLC was the only company willing to come out super late and fix my line. (rest wouldn't come until AM) Andy and Gorge showed up super late fixed everything answered all my questions. They called power company to come back and turn on power. So professional kind and efficient. So happy I didn't wait until the morning (for someone else) they were amazing.
Thermall finished our new furnace/a.c. install just yesterday. A big kudos to our install team Luis, Lini and Tim! They really knew what they were doing. They were also polite and friendly throughout. They checked in with us every step of the way. As I write this our home is newly toasty warm 24 hours a day, AND it will be way cheaper when the bill comes. You're never sure when you commit to a company, but we could not be happier with Thermall. Truly.
I recently requested a quote for a full system replacement.
Jose Ramirez arrived on time and he did a very thorough inspection, including all of the duct work in the crawl space. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain my options. I like the fact that he presented top tier options, but didn't try push me to buy them. I highly recommend working with them.
The technician was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. The technician's communication skills were excellent; all my questions were answered politely and completely. I will definitely use ThermAll for my future HVAC needs.
