Jose was my PM man for 7+ years. He was awesome. I would have met him to anyone. It was sad to see him go and move into the sales department. I know he will do a great job for Thermal heating & Cooling. You guys are lucky to have him. I also wanted to say that Jose's replacement Mark did a wonderful job. Jose filled him in about the cleaning done here at Wesco. So when Mark showed up on site he had a little idea of what to expect. I showed Mark around the fumigation barn, showed him the JLG and the thermostats and gas valve shut off. Mark jump in (as much as Mark can jump in) and got to work. Thank you for sending out good service tech, Paul Wyatt is a good trainer and runs a great company. I would recommend this company to any one! Thank you! Ray Freeman

shyann was knowledgeable she unscrewed the base and looked at condenser and knew it needed repair she had one thank God….. three days without air conditioning at 107 degrees. We were so pleased and grateful. We made an appointment Monday to see about a new air conditioner. Thank you again.
One of the best experiences I have ever had with an HVAC contractor! Cheyenne Benge was the technician who troubleshot and quickly repaired my AC unit. She was amazing. Both technically and on a customer service level. A great personality coupled with technical skill is such hard combination to find these days. Well done!
We have had the most positive experience with Thermall installing a new unit at our home. Other local companies gave us a 2-3 month wait for installation. Once we called Thermall, we had our estimate and installation completed within 2 weeks. Jose, Tim, and Alex were professional and efficient and answered all of our questions. We highly reccomend this company and we will be using them for all of our future heating/cooling needs.
Very good response....temperature was 104° outside and after realizing my a/c wasn't working I called Thermal and they were out in an hour. They replaced a broken capacitor.
