I had problems after a storm. They worked me into their already long and busy schedule and were very professional and courteous. A small mistake was made, but Paul stopped by and made it right. I would highly recommend them.
We were impressed at how knowledgeable and professional Mark and Andy were when taking care of our problem. We have yet only completed about half of what we need from them, but we already feel confident that we will be happy with the final results. We had never used ThermAll before, but we can certainly recommend them!
Addendum: Now that their extensive project at our house is complete, We have nothing but praise for the ThermAll team, from the office personnel to the field! They've been very competent, thorough, professional, and easy to work with.
We were very happy, from bid to install, with ThermAll. Trevor was thorough, patient, and informative regarding the bid, and Doni, the office liaison was regular, friendly, and efficient. Finally, Mark and Lini were exceptionally hard working and pleasant during two long days of install. In fact, Mark and Lini would be great neighbors.

The staff are some the nicest people you will ever meet. They all care about the customers and each other and it shows in the great service they provide! It's been an honor to see their Teamwork and dedication to this very much needed trade industry in the communities they serve.
I really like and trust ThermAll Heating and Cooling. They have been very responsive to my home's needs, installed a wonderful HVAC & Heat Pump system in the fall and followed up with system maintenance. The staff in charge of scheduling was so flexible to make sure my appointment was timely and when I could be home for it. They provided a detailed list of findings, recommendations and made sure to answer my questions. I appreciate the company's professional staff and through services. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great HVAC system support with a company that cares about its customers and works hard to exceed expectations.
