I am very happy with the install of my new system, everything works great. The workers were professional and answered all my questions. I would have given a 5 star but there was a problem with start up and the technician had to come back the next day and I had to sweat it for one night in the heat. The problem was unforeseen and no way was it the techs fault on the install. The system had and uncommon problem where the control board that came with the system was bad and was not operating properly. Tech was apologetic and informed me he would be back first thing in the morning with a new board. He was there bright and early and sure thing it fired up and was running good. Again no fault of the tech, just uncommon problem. But love the system and working great. Mike
Thermall was very responsive to our needs and fixed our problem the day they came out. No trying to up sale on our old system, but addressed the needs to keep our old system running. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will use them again and will refer them to others.

Amazing service! This was an installation of a new heat pump. The office staff are friendly and knowledgeable. If I had to leave a message they always called back promptly. I got a quote on a Saturday because of my work schedule. The other company I contacted wouldn't do that. The installation took place less than 2 weeks after the quote. The installation crew were friendly and respectful. They seemed to really enjoy their work and had an upbeat attitude. The installation was completed by mid-afternoon. I love my new AC!!
Simply the best service ever! My A/C went out. I called on a Sunday and they scheduled me the next day. Ray arrived on time and fixed the problem quickly. My heatpump is back in business in less than 24hrs. AMAZING COMPANY!
I recently had a new Daikin system installed by the wonderful folks at ThermAll and just want to share my experience.
I was understandably nervous about such a large purchase but Trevor did a great job of explaining my options and helping me choose the right system for my situation. Then the office staff scheduled an install for asap after the system arrived.
Now, this is where the good stuff happens....the guys laid everything out and went to work. I live in a mobile home so spaces are small and they ran into problems with almost every aspect of the install. Tech Mark had to practically rebuild the whole cabinet , base where the air mover sits. The electrical was not right and needed new breakers, wiring and conduit to bring it up to code and one of their electricians fixed all that. They were here for two full days and then some and I am so impressed with the work they did here. Then at the end of it all, around 7 pm the second day, Mark helped us download the app to run it remotely, made sure I knew how to get the best results from my ac and they were done.
They certainly went the extra mile, it all looks and works great and it made me feel great that they cared so much about doing it right.
From start to finish I would recommend ThermAll for your heating , cooling or electrical jobs.
