From start to finish, ThermAll is top notch! We recently purchased a new system due to the old one becoming too old and we could not get the parts for it any longer. ThermAll did an excellent job limping it along for us for several years.
We got in touch with a comfort specialist with ThermAll and Comfort Advisor Jose Ramirez came to our home. He was very gracious and professional. He did not try to sell us anything. He simply gave us options for what we had and provided education and supportive listening. We were able to make a decision based on facts. He was absolutely fantastic.
After we decided to purchase the system, on the day of install, Andy Alcazar and his team arrived. Andy is a skilled Electrician. He was friendly, professional, and absolutely amazing. His leadership and skills ability with his team was impressive. Andy even took a look at my exsisting bathroom fan and fixed it for me. He went above and beyond what was expected of him and I appreciate that so much.
The professional that came to install the heat pump and the other professional that installed the unit for the garage, I did not get a business card for them and I feel terrible about that because I would loved to have mentioned them by name too. They were so great too! I only remember the gal's nickname is "dynamite" big things come in small packages! She was so good at what she does. Her smile was absolutely fabulous too. The gentleman who was with her was so nice and he knew what he was doing too. The whole team was very professional and I would not buy or maintain my system from anyone else.

The most amazing experience ever! Every employee in every department was so friendly & professional. They all went out of their way to make sure I had the best experience. The office staff, the sales staff, the installers the best I've ever worked with! told Thermall I was worried about moving to from Seattle to Yakima. The summers here are so much hotter than Seattle. I jokingly said, I want to see my breath, like Im sitting on a glacier, sipping hot chocolate. My first 95 degree day was truly a breeze! I couldn't be happier!!
