The rattle had been driving me crazy so we called Thermall Heating. Unbeknownst to me Joe pokes around before the tech gets here. The tech couldn't find anything wrong and we didn't hear the noise. What? The tech was so nice and suggested videoing if it comes back,. No charge. I apologized. Later Joe tells me he shut a little door, ug, I was so grateful.

After hours repair of our gas furnace in Yakima WA. Sam, the technician, was great, friendly and fixed the problem getting us back up and running so we could have heat. I was impressed they had the part we needed so we didn't have to wait for a part to be ordered.

Paul and the team at ThermAll was great to deal with. We ended up installing the DAIKIN FIT. From our first meeting with the service tech on the old unit, then two weeks later deciding to replace and start fresh with a new system- the entire process was flawless. We love our new system! Would highly recommend!!

Great experience, knowledgable sales person willing to take time and answer a couple of rounds of questions as I looked at quotes. When I finally decided to buy, they scheduled installation quickly. The installation team listened to how I wanted it installed to ease snow and ice removal and got the install done in a day. The unit works great, is simple to use and relatively quiet. Even though we are up in Cle Elum, I know they are responsive. Best big purchase I've made in the past decade.

This company has always done a great job for us. Scheduled appointments are always kept and on time. If I need to reschedule, there is no problem. They always work around my schedule. The techs are always pleasant, professional and neat as a pin! Really wish this company could teach other companies how to treat a customer!!

Mark, who I understand is retiring, did the fall service on my furnace and I asked if Thermall was who I should call to help me figure out my gas fireplace switches (new to me house). He not only gave my furnace a thorough HVAC service with explanations but also turned on my fireplace pilot and explained what the switches did and how to adjust things. Above and beyond what I expected as has been the case with all of my experiences with Thermall.
